TI Builders was founded in California, where the company first built its reputation as a leading design/build commercial general contractor. With roots in the Sacramento region and over 30 years of experience, the California branch represents the origin of Mike Cimorelli and TI Builders’ commitment to delivering high-quality tenant improvement and new construction projects. Since completing its first projects in 1988, the company has grown from a locally established builder into a trusted partner across multiple industries, completing over 2,000 projects nationwide. California remains the foundation of TI Builders’ success, where its hands-on approach, turnkey services, and dedication to client relationships were first developed and continue to influence every project today.
