INNOVAGE PACE CENTER

TI Builders successfully delivered the InnovAge PACE Center in Sacramento, a critical healthcare facility serving the senior community. Our team managed the full coordination of entitlements, design, and permitting, ensuring a seamless start to this complex project.

Key elements of the build included major utility upgrades, extensive parking lot renovations to accommodate bus traffic, and the construction of a custom bus canopy. During the project, we also relocated the adjacent tenant, El Hogar, into a temporary space—then built a permanent new office for them within the facility.

These types of healthcare centers undergo rigorous inspections by the State every six months, and missing a deadline can result in a six-month delay in opening. By streamlining the construction timeline from 9 months to just 7, TI Builders ensured the project was completed on schedule and fully compliant, avoiding costly delays and allowing InnovAge to begin serving patients as planned.
