TI Builders led a major HVAC upgrade at Ace Hardware’s 1,000,000 sq. ft. distribution warehouse in Rocklin, CA. The project included the addition of approximately 960 tons of air conditioning to improve climate control across the expansive facility. To support the increased capacity, TI Builders also upgraded the building’s electrical service and implemented a full Building Management Control System to optimize energy efficiency and operational performance.
