VISION SOURCE: POND HILL

TI Builders completed a new Vision Source optometry office at the Pond Hill location in San Antonio, Texas. The space features four exam rooms, a contact lens grinding room, a break room, order pickup counters, and a dedicated spa room. Glass and glazing throughout the space create a modern, open feel, while metallic epoxy flooring and franchise-provided frame display shelving enhance the retail area.

This project was completed simultaneously with the Vision Source Potranco location in San Antonio. By leveraging the same subcontractors for the projects, we were able to maintain the identical schedules for the projects.

Pond Hill marks TI Builders’ third completed location for Dr. Emil Fidel in Central Texas, supporting the continued growth of his Vision Source optometry and retail locations throughout Texas.
