TI Builders partnered with Urban Home to complete a comprehensive renovation, enhancing both the exterior and interior systems of the retail space. The project included modifying the existing fire sprinkler system to accommodate layout changes, updating the HVAC for improved efficiency and comfort, and applying new stucco to the exterior for a clean, refreshed look.

A key highlight of the renovation was the installation of a completely new façade, giving the store a modernized street presence aligned with Urban Home’s brand aesthetic. This project demonstrates TI Builders’ expertise in delivering seamless upgrades that blend form, function, and compliance.
