This project was a tenant improvement that converted a multi-tenant building into a single-tenant space for a swim school. The scope of work included minor exterior modifications, such as updating storefronts, installing access doors, and adding door landings to meet the tenant’s requirements. Interior work involved demolishing all existing walls and ceilings, removing all existing plumbing fixtures, and salvaging electrical components.
New construction included offices and reception areas, changing rooms, restrooms, and shower rooms, as well as a pool, viewing room, breakroom, pool equipment rooms, and storage spaces. All-new plumbing, HVAC, and electrical systems were installed to support the updated layout and facility needs.
