INNERPLANT EXPANSION

Following the successful completion of our initial project with InnerPlant in 2021, we partnered with them once again to expand their facilities. The original build-out included two large laboratories, a grow room with its own dedicated HVAC unit, office spaces, a break room, and an open area designed for modular furniture.

This latest phase of development included the construction and tenant improvements of two additional grow rooms, a dedicated seed room, executive offices, conference rooms, and two laboratory spaces, further enhancing the facility's research and cultivation capabilities.

To meet the facility's specialized environmental requirements, we installed a dedicated split-system HVAC unit with integrated dehumidification for the seed room, providing precise humidity control. Each grow room was equipped with its own split-system HVAC unit, resulting in a total of three HVAC systems serving the grow rooms. This approach ensures independent temperature control and optimal growing conditions throughout the facility.
