INNERPLANT EXPANSION

Following the successful completion of InnerPlant’s initial project in 2021, TI Builders partnered with them again to expand their facility. The original build-out included two large laboratories, a grow room with dedicated HVAC, office spaces, a break room, and an open area designed for modular furniture.

This expansion added two grow rooms, a dedicated seed room, executive offices, conference rooms, and two laboratory spaces, further enhancing the facility’s research and cultivation capabilities.

To meet specialized environmental requirements, TI Builders installed a dedicated split-system HVAC unit with integrated dehumidification for the seed room and individual split-system HVAC units for each grow room. These systems provide precise humidity and temperature control, ensuring optimal conditions throughout the facility.
