TI Builders was selected by Diesel Barbershop to transform a first-generation space into a fully finished franchise barbershop, managing the tenant improvement from construction through inspections and closeout. The project featured custom barber stations equipped with salon-style chairs, individual drainage, and franchise-provided Craftsman toolboxes and specialty lighting. Custom vinyl wallpaper added a distinctive design element, requiring Level 5 smooth walls to achieve a flawless finish. Through careful coordination and efficient execution, TI Builders completed the tenant improvement ahead of the shell contractor’s final inspections, delivering a polished, move-in-ready space tailored to the franchise’s brand and operational needs.
