BUREAU OF AUTOMOTIVE REPAIR

TI Builders partnered with the California Department of General Services (DGS) and the Bureau of Automotive Repair (BAR) to transform a vacant 10,000-square-foot church and daycare into Class A office space, a fully equipped automotive repair and inspection shop, and a 1,200-square-foot training room.

Built to meet California state standards, the facility features ADA-accessible restrooms with a shower, three eyewash stations, three in-ground vehicle lifts, and air, water, and electrical reels serving six locations. Enhanced lighting and durable epoxy flooring complete the space.

As client needs evolved, TI Builders adapted to design revisions that nearly doubled the original project scope, demonstrating our ability to manage changing requirements while delivering a high-quality, purpose-built facility.
