The Story of TI Builders
Where It All Began
1968
Construction has always been part of CEO and founder Mike Cimorelli’s life. Inspired by his father from an early age, Mike knew he wanted to become a contractor and continue the family tradition. Pictured is Mike Cimorelli Sr. working high above the Hoffman Tire project site.
Higher Education
1985
Mike Cimorelli earned his Bachelor’s degree in Construction Engineering Management from Sacramento State University. His accomplishments in the construction industry have led Sacramento State to highlight him among its notable engineering alumni.
Cimorelli Construction Is Born
1989
After earning his contractor’s license in 1988, Mike launched Cimorelli Construction in 1989.

In 2008, Mike moved his family to Los Angeles and TI Builders was born.
TI Turning Point
2011
TI Builders started to gain a reputation in Southern California malls doing Lorna Jane stores, 20 locations.
Sacramento Branch Reopens
2017
Reopened the Sacramento branch as TI Builders. Pictured is our Lennox project in Sacramento, CA.
Tennessee Branch Opens
2018
In 2008, Mike moved his family to Los Angeles and TI Builders was born.
Texas Branch Opens
2020

Boston Branch Opens
