SECOND SPEC OFFICE AT AIRPARK COMMERCE CENTER

This project involved the construction of a speculative office build-out within an existing industrial shell building at Dalfen Industrials’ Airpark Commerce development. The scope included delivering power to the office space and transforming a portion of the warehouse into a modern, fully functional office environment. This marks the second speculative office build-out completed by our team within this building for Dalfen Industrials.

Located in the heart of Nashville, Tennessee, the office was designed to maximize flexibility and functionality, making it well suited for a variety of future tenants. From concept through completion, our team worked closely with the client to reimagine the industrial space into a polished, professional workplace. The finished result balances the building’s industrial character with contemporary finishes, providing a turnkey office solution ready for immediate occupancy.
