TI Builders completed the design and construction of two matching 4,957 SF pre-engineered metal buildings on a 1.84-acre site. Delivered under a streamlined design/build approach, the project was executed to maximize efficiency, quality, and long-term flexibility for future tenants.

The scope of work included installation of a complete underground fire protection loop with three hydrants, a concrete-paved fire lane and parking lot designed to meet local code requirements, and utility tie-ins routed beneath a public roadway to seamlessly connect municipal services to the site. Additional site improvements included professional landscaping and the construction of a concrete detention basin to manage stormwater and ensure compliance with drainage regulations.

Each building was completed as a shell space, allowing future occupants to customize interior layouts for office, restroom, and operational needs.
