TI Builders was contracted to renovate an existing 26000 SF retail space with back of house storage and loading docks into EC Barton's latest location. Work includes demolition, reconfigure space to EC Barton requirements, HVAC service/maintenance, polished concrete floors, refurbish restrooms, upgrade fire alarm and fire sprinklers, all new sales floor LED lighting, truck dock drainage and maintenance and structural steel reinforcement at existing opening.
