This first-generation space finish-out was completed by TI Builders for a franchise barbershop through to inspections and closeout. The franchise supplied lighting and special Craftsman toolboxes for each hair station, as well as custom vinyl wallpaper that required level 5 smooth walls for install. Each station also features individual drainage and a salon style chair. TI Builders successfully completed the tenant improvement before the shell contractor received their final inspections.
