QUORUM II PLAZA FACADE

TI Builders completed a comprehensive upgrade across all four buildings at Quorum II Plaza, refreshing the exterior and enhancing the overall appearance of the complex. The project included full exterior repainting, interior drywall repairs, and replacement of all 43 fabric canopies with durable black Sunbrella material. To further modernize the property, our team installed 100 new wall sconces, including all necessary electrical wiring. From coordinating site logistics and waste removal to overseeing daily operations and cleanup, TI Builders managed every detail to deliver a cohesive, refreshed look across the entire property.
