PINEBROOK COMMONS CANOPY

TI Builders partnered with Lastmile Investments to restore the Pinebrook Commons canopy structure, addressing damaged components and reinforcing structural integrity. The project included selective demolition, replacement and reinforcement of beams and joists, installation of structural brackets and heavy-duty fasteners, and epoxy anchoring at columns. New metal canopy covers, along with targeted concrete and masonry repairs, will restore durability and improve the overall appearance of the structures.
