TI Builders was selected by Ollie’s Bargain Outlet to deliver a design/build transformation of an old shopping center into a modernized retail space. Our team worked hand in hand with the landlord and customer to design the most aesthetically pleasing and efficient layout. The project included complex MEPs, updating flooring, and lighting fixtures that provide adequate illumination for displays. The design also incorporated modern finishes and materials to give the space a fresh and contemporary look.

The result is a vibrant, modern retail destination thoughtfully designed to meet the needs of both the retailer and its customers, balancing visual appeal with functionality.
