TI Builders was selected by MobilityWorks to transform an existing space into a modern, fully functional showroom designed to showcase accessible vehicles and create a welcoming customer experience. The build-out included dedicated sales offices and flexible spaces to support daily operations and customer engagement. Accessibility upgrades featured new restrooms, designated accessible parking stalls, ramps, and concrete flatwork to improve site circulation. Structural reinforcements were also completed to accommodate 12,000-pound vehicle lifts, ensuring the space met the demands of specialized vehicle displays and service needs.
