TI Builders was selected by E.C. Barton & Company to renovate a 26,000 SF storage and loading dock facility into a modern Home Outlet location. Designed to support efficient operations and an enhanced customer experience, the project began with a full interior demolition and strategic layout redesign tailored to the retailer’s needs.
Improvements included polished concrete flooring, HVAC servicing, fully renovated restrooms, upgraded fire alarm and sprinkler systems, and energy-efficient LED lighting throughout the sales floor. Our team also enhanced truck dock drainage and reinforced structural steel at an existing opening to support the space’s long-term performance.
