PROJECT DETAIL

TI Builders was contracted to renovate the space and change it from a Mexican restaurant to a frozen yogurt and smoothie shop. This involved jack-hammering out the floor to re-route plumbing and electrical, as well as adding a large walk-in freezer and the totally different layout of a walk-up counter and display cases vs the previous full kitchen with cooktops and ovens.
