This light-restaurant and wine bar project in Georgetown, Texas is located in the Summit at Rivery Development on the street-level. Our team provided all pre-construction support through to the finish-out of the suite. Scope included providing an additional exit door along the back wall of the building, a "C" shaped bar made with wood detailing, a small commercial kitchen, two restrooms, and a reception area.

Perfect Pair Sips & Boards will be located in a 1,852 square foot suite in the beautiful Summit at Rivery development in Georgetown, TX. This wine bar and its menu offerings will be an exquisite reflection of the owners' personal world travels, pairing deconstructed entrees with a selection of both Old and New World wines. The final result will deliver a laid back and modern ambiance, with open ceilings, natural wood elements and a combination of stained concrete and tile flooring throughout.
