Mike Cimorelli negotiated with Benihana Corp to build out their Citrus Heights restaurant. The project included a full gut of the existing space and a complet buildout, including front of house, corporate franchise furnishings, fixtures and equipment. Back of house included a full kitchen with gas burner, woks, with interlocked makeup air and exhaust system.
