THE BUTCHER'S CELLAR

TI Builders brought The Butcher’s Cellar, a boutique steakhouse in Woodway, TX, to life through a comprehensive design-build approach, partnering with the property owners and restaurateur to create a standout upscale dining destination. The project featured a 5,500 sq. ft. shell building and a 1,270 sq. ft. covered patio overlooking the amphitheater, adding a unique outdoor dining experience to the restaurant’s design. Our team coordinated utility connections to the existing shopping center, installed a new grease waste station, and reconfigured the parking lot to accommodate the development. From site infrastructure to the finished building, TI Builders brought together thoughtful planning and construction expertise to deliver a distinctive restaurant space that blends functionality, atmosphere, and high-end dining.
