PLAYA BOWLS: NASHVILLE

TI Builders partnered with Playa Bowls for the third time in Middle Tennessee, bringing the brand’s vibrant, beach-inspired aesthetic to a 136-year-old historic building in the heart of Downtown Nashville. Working closely with Playa Bowls’ artist, our team helped translate the brand’s colorful vision into a distinctive restaurant space that captures its signature energy and creates an inviting customer experience.
Renovating a historic building presented unique construction challenges, particularly in bringing the existing space up to modern code standards while preserving its character. Through careful planning, collaboration, and thoughtful execution, TI Builders transformed the space into a fresh, modern destination that blends historic charm with Playa Bowls’ bold, contemporary design.
