PLANET SMOOTHIE

TI Builders was selected to transform this space from a traditional Mexican restaurant into a modern frozen yogurt and smoothie shop. The renovation required extensive structural and system modifications, including jackhammering the existing floor to reroute plumbing and electrical systems.

The project also introduced a large walk-in freezer and a completely reimagined layout, replacing the former full service kitchen equipped with cooktops and ovens with a streamlined walk-up counter and attractive display cases. The result is a fresh, functional environment tailored to the needs of a fast-casual dessert and beverage concept.
