TI Builders transformed a street-level space at the Summit at Rivery development into Perfect Pair Sips & Boards, an inviting restaurant and wine bar. From comprehensive pre-construction services through the final interior finish-out, our team delivered a thoughtfully designed space that balances functionality with warm, welcoming finishes. Key features included a custom C-shaped bar with rich wood detailing, a compact commercial kitchen, two restrooms, a dedicated reception area, and a new rear exit door. The result is a polished dining destination designed to create a memorable guest experience.
