MR*T

MRK*T is a contemporary market and coffee shop concept designed for a live/work building, this first-generation space was developed in close collaboration with the building owner. The completed project thoughtfully integrates retail and hospitality to serve residents, workers, and the surrounding community. Emphasis was placed on creating a warm, inviting atmosphere through carefully selected materials, efficient spatial planning, and flexible seating areas that support both quick visits and extended stays. The result is a vibrant ground-floor destination that enhances daily life within the building while fostering connection, convenience, and a strong sense of place.
