TI Builders revitalized a former restaurant space vacant since the COVID-19 pandemic, adapting the existing structure to meet current building and health codes while preserving the restaurant permit. The project included extending the exhaust grease duct through eight stories of the building, requiring precise coordination and field-designed solutions.
Partnering with owner Kao on his second location, TI Builders brought Mochinut’s popular mochi donuts and Korean hot dogs to Sacramento. With more 130 location nationwide, the growing brand continues to expand its unique fusion of Japanese-inspired mochi textures and classic American donuts.
