LE MACARON NASHVILLE

We delivered a complete landlord shell construction and transformation of a cold, dark shell into a fully operational Le Macaron French Pastries retail environment. Work included full interior build-out, infrastructure coordination, and installation of a walk-in cooler. The project also encompassed delivery and installation of all FF&E, ensuring the space was fully equipped and ready for occupancy.

Founded in 2009, Le Macaron French Pastries began when Rosalie and Audrey shared their delectable French macarons with the American consumer market and opened their first boutique. Due to growing demand from customers eager to bring Le Macaron to their own communities, the brand began franchising in 2012.
