DAVES COSMIC SUBS

This project transformed a juice bar into a sandwich shop for Dave's Cosmics Subs. The renovation included expanding the kitchen area to support increased food preparation capacity, installing a durable and washable kitchen ceiling for improved sanitation and maintenance, and adding new millwork and FRP (fiberglass reinforced panel) wall finishes throughout the space. This was our first project with this client, and we are in progress on a second location in Hermitage, TN.

Dave's Cosmic Subs was founded in 1997 by Dave "Cosmic Dave" Lombardy in Chagrin Falls, Ohio. Inspired by childhood memories of making late-night sandwiches with his father, Lombardy combined his culinary passion with his background in the California rock-and-roll scene to create a '60s hippie-themed sub shop
