Integrated into the construction of the three-story, 45,000-square-foot Building 202 in the Town Center of El Dorado Hills, California, this project encompassed the complete buildout of a high-end French restaurant designed to elevate the overall mixed-use development. The scope included a fully equipped bar, a thoughtfully crafted front-of-house featuring rustic elements and custom finishes, and an expansive outdoor dining area enclosed by decorative wrought-iron ABC fencing. Careful coordination during construction ensured seamless integration of the restaurant’s refined aesthetic with the larger building, resulting in a warm, inviting space that balances Old World charm with modern functionality and creates a memorable dining experience.
