Mike Cimorelli partnered with Benihana Corp to deliver a complete transformation of their Citrus Heights restaurant location. This project involved a full interior demolition followed by a comprehensive buildout of the space. The front of house was designed and constructed to align with corporate franchise standards, incorporating high quality furnishings, fixtures, and equipment to create an authentic guest experience.

The back-of-house featured a fully equipped commercial kitchen, including gas burners and wok stations, supported by a sophisticated, interlocked makeup air and exhaust system to ensure optimal performance, safety, and efficiency.
