TI Builders recently completed the transformation of a 43,000-square-foot traditional grocery store into a fully modernized Restaurant Depot—designed to serve the demands of today's commercial wholesale operations. This project was both tenant improvement and Landlord work combined.

The renovation featured a complete overhaul of the interior, including durable polished concrete flooring built to handle heavy-duty forklift traffic. Using Restaurant Depot’s signature brand colors, we installed a new sprinkler system, updated the break area, and created a sleek, modern entrance that reflects the company’s identity.

Our team also executed exterior façade improvements, upgraded commercial loading docks tailored to the operational needs of the business, and installed efficient interior lighting and finishes that enhance functionality and visual appeal.
