TI Builders completed a comprehensive tenant improvement build-out within an older commercial building, transforming the space to meet the specific needs of the new tenant. The scope included the construction of new non-bearing interior partitions, installation of new doors and windows, suspended acoustical ceilings, and updated finishes throughout—reflecting a modernized layout tailored to the tenant’s requirements.

In addition to interior upgrades, the project included complete electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems to support the new use. Exterior site work involved reconfiguring accessible parking stalls, upgrading the entry ramp, and creating a new accessible path of travel from the public right-of-way, ensuring full ADA compliance.
