This project was completed in an active office building, requiring TI Builders and it's subcontractors to approach this project with care and caution not to disturb the employees working within the other suites in the building. All common areas received a fresh coat of paint, new carpeting, and new lighting to bring a modern refresh to this Class B office building, built in the 80s. In total, 6,000 SF through three floors and the mezzanine.

The two suites we worked within on the second floor both received demo, new flooring, paint, lighting, and HVAC retrofitting to accommodate the new office layout. One suite received an 1,000 SF expansion for an existing law office, install of new demising walls. The other suite needed plumbing work as well to relocate a sink and water closet per new plan specs.
