This project involved the transformation of an existing warehouse into a modern Class A office environment designed to support collaboration, innovation, and growth. The build-out features a striking 12-foot freestanding breakroom bar that serves as a central gathering space, complemented by custom-fabricated metal panels that add texture and visual interest throughout the interior. An upgraded exterior façade enhances curb appeal and reflects the client’s forward-thinking brand.

Completed for Technology Lab, a leading Microsoft- and Apple-Certified Managed Service Provider (MSP), the space was designed to support their mission of delivering reliable, cutting-edge technology services. Technology Lab provides exceptional IT support and managed services to K–12 schools nationwide, and the new office environment was tailored to accommodate both operational efficiency and a culture of collaboration.
