This project features the construction of a new 5,000-square-foot office buildout within a 20,000-square-foot warehouse facility for the Sacramento Employment & Training Agency (SETA). A joint powers agency of the City and County of Sacramento, SETA was formed in 1978 and has since been an effective force in connecting people to jobs, business owners to quality employees, education and nutrition to children, assistance to refugees, and hope to many Sacramento area residents.
The modern office space was thoughtfully designed to maximize functionality, efficiency, and comfort for daily operations. Upgrades include newly constructed gender-neutral restrooms located in both the office and warehouse areas to ensure accessibility and convenience for all personnel. A fully conditioned storage room was incorporated to protect temperature-sensitive materials and equipment.
To support specialized operational needs, a buck-boost transformer was installed to properly accommodate 230V equipment, ensuring reliable and efficient power distribution throughout the facility.
