GENTIVA

TI Builders completed the renovation of a 5,350 sq. ft. office space to support the needs of Gentiva Palliative Care. The space was re-demised into two suites—one tailored for Gentiva’s operations and the other prepared for a future tenant. The project included separating HVAC systems, reworking the layout to fit Gentiva’s clinical and administrative needs, upgrading lighting to energy-efficient LEDs, and refreshing the space with new flooring and paint to create a warm, professional atmosphere for both staff and visiting families.
