TI Builders transformed a Class A office space for the California Statewide Law Enforcement Association with a targeted tenant improvement designed to enhance functionality and support modern content creation. The project included floor plan modifications and the installation of a dedicated mechanical unit to support a private social media room equipped with a green screen wall for content creation, alongside adjacent office space.
