CLEVERTECH

TI Builders completed renovations to Clevertech North America’s Fort Myers office, reconfiguring the interior to better accommodate the company’s needs. The project included selective demolition, new wall framing and drywall, sound insulation, office doors and interior glass, ceiling modifications, new flooring, and fresh paint. Mechanical, electrical, and fire sprinkler systems were modified to accommodate the updated layout, including HVAC ductwork, lighting, power, and data connections. TI Builders also provided project management, construction supervision, design, permitting, and final cleaning to deliver a fully upgraded office environment.
