TI Builders completed this 6,000 SF office renovation in an occupied Class B office building, carefully coordinating work to minimize disruption to tenants. Updates included new paint, carpeting, lighting, flooring, HVAC retrofits, and renovations to two second-floor suites, including a 1,000 SF law office expansion and plumbing relocations.
A key feature was the installation of custom 5' x 10' Italian marble slabs in the mezzanine, requiring specialized equipment and coordination due to long lead times. TI Builders partnered with CBRE and Sixth River Architects to modernize the property in preparation for sale.
