In this 125,000 SF first-generation space, we successfully executed the build-out for the office area, the warehouse/manufacturing section, and a fully functional shipping and receiving operation, complete with numerous docks and (2) precast truck ramps. This project included many distinctive self-performed tasks, such as the installation of a concrete apron for a tank farm, the modification of docks for pit levelers, and the establishment and excavation of crane footings within the space.
