Prior tenant abandoned the space due to COVID shutdowns at the beginning of the pandemic
Took over existing restaurant permit and field designed for code requirements
Exhaust grease hood up travelled up 8 stories

ABOUT MOCHINUT

We worked directly with the owner, Kao, to bring this project to life. This is his second location, and he wants to open another in Davis with a fourth coming up soon after. With over 20 branches and 90 more scheduled to open in the United States; TI BUILDERS was chosen to bring these popular Mochi Donuts and Korean Hotdogs to Sacramento.

What is a Mochi Donut? Mochi donut is a combination of American doughnuts and Japanese mochi. Mochinut is gaining widespread popularity on all major social media platforms due to its unique shape which is made of a connected circle of 8 dough balls and its wonderful texture and taste.
