This tenant improvement project transforms the space into a fully functional showroom designed to display a range of accessible vehicle models. The scope includes the build-out of sales offices and flexible mixed-use areas to support customer engagement and operations. Improvements also feature newly constructed restrooms, accessible parking stalls, ramps, and associated flatwork to enhance accessibility and site circulation. Structural upgrades were completed to support the installation of 12,000-pound vehicle lifts, ensuring long-term functionality and safety.
