MEZZETTA WAREHOUSE RENOVATION

This project for Mezzetta involved a comprehensive interior renovation to support operational improvements within their facility. Scope of work included demolition of existing interior walls, patching and restoration of insulation, rerouting of electrical systems, capping of HVAC lines, and raising fire suppression heads to meet updated layout requirements. Additionally, the existing trench drain system was fully removed and replaced with a smooth, flat concrete surface, enhancing safety, cleanliness, and functionality for Mezzetta’s production and operational needs
