STANFORD RANCH OPTOMETRY

This project involved the tenant improvement of an existing vacant retail suite within a multi-tenant building, transforming the space into a fully functional medical office. The design and construction included the addition of new exam and treatment rooms, private offices, restrooms, a staff break room, and dedicated storage areas to support efficient daily operations.

As part of the build-out, all associated mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems were installed and coordinated to meet the needs of a modern healthcare environment. The existing site was already compliant with current accessibility codes, allowing the project to integrate seamlessly within the building’s infrastructure.

The adjacent tenant space is also classified as a B-occupancy use, the same as this suite, and therefore no additional fire separation was required between the two spaces. The completed project delivers a practical and well-organized medical facility within an existing retail setting, optimized for both patient care and staff functionality.
