STANFORD RANCH OPTOMETRY

This project involved a tenant improvement within an existing vacant retail suite located in a multi-tenant building. The scope of work included the buildout of new exam and treatment rooms, private offices, restrooms, a staff break room, and dedicated storage areas. All associated mechanical, plumbing, and electrical systems were incorporated to support the new layout and functionality. The existing site is fully compliant with current accessibility requirements, and the suite shares the same B-occupancy classification as the adjacent tenant, eliminating the need for additional fire separations.
