REFINE VEIN CENTER

TI Builders delivered a design/build medical office for Refine Vein Center featuring six treatment rooms, a centralized nursing station, two restrooms, private offices, a break room, and a meeting room. The project included underground utilities, slab modifications, new framing, interior glass, high-quality finishes, complete MEP systems, and fire protection infrastructure. When an unexpected deep freeze threatened the schedule and building systems, our team implemented portable heating and temperature monitoring to protect plumbing and sprinkler systems and keep the project moving. The completed space delivers a sleek, modern medical office designed to enhance patient comfort, staff efficiency, and overall functionality.
