PREMIER PODIATRY

This project involved a tenant improvement that combined two existing suites to create a larger, fully integrated medical office. The renovated space was thoughtfully designed to support both patient care and staff workflow while maximizing the functionality of the existing layout. An existing restroom was preserved, along with three offices that were converted into exam rooms and a treatment room. Additional exam rooms were incorporated into the suite, along with a welcoming waiting area, reception desk, a new restroom, a breakroom for staff, and a dedicated triage space to enhance patient intake and care coordination.

The practice is led by Dr. Gavin Ripp, who joined the team in 2014. Dr. Ripp provides comprehensive care for a wide range of foot and ankle conditions. His professional interests include reconstructive lower extremity surgery, sports medicine, and pediatric foot care. He is an active member of the American Podiatric Medical Association and the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons, reflecting his commitment to advancing patient care and surgical excellence.
