PREMIER PODIATRY

TI Builders combined two existing suites to create a larger, fully integrated medical office for Premier Podiatry. The renovation included converting existing offices into exam and treatment rooms, adding additional exam rooms, and incorporating a welcoming reception and waiting area, new restroom, staff breakroom, and dedicated triage space.
Led by Dr. Gavin Ripp, the practice provides comprehensive foot and ankle care, with specialties including reconstructive surgery, sports medicine, and pediatric foot care. The completed space supports the practice’s commitment to quality patient care through a functional, thoughtfully designed medical environment.
