PREMIER PODIATRY

This tenant improvement project successfully combined two existing suites into one cohesive and fully integrated medical office. The completed space preserves an existing restroom and thoughtfully converted three former offices into modern exam rooms and a dedicated treatment room.

Additional exam rooms were incorporated to accommodate patient demand, alongside a welcoming waiting area, a centralized reception space, a new restroom, a staff breakroom, and a fully functional triage area. The finished suite now delivers an efficient, patient-centered environment that supports both clinical excellence and streamlined daily operations.
