INNOVAGE

This project consisted of interior tenant improvements and finish upgrades for an All-Inclusive Care Center for the Elderly, designed to enhance comfort, safety, and functionality for both residents and staff. The scope included comprehensive electrical upgrades to accommodate new furniture systems and kitchen equipment, along with new paint and flooring throughout the facility. Exterior improvements were also completed, including the installation of new accessible parking and an updated path of travel to ensure full ADA compliance. A new 1,200-amp, 208-volt electrical service was installed to support the facility’s expanded operational needs.As the largest provider of the Program of All-inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE) based on participants served.
