CLINICAL PATHOLOGY LABS

TI Builders completed a 2,057 Sq Ft, first-generation buildout for Clinical Pathology Labs, designed and constructed to support a fully functional medical office. The space includes six dedicated blood draw rooms and a central laboratory.
The buildout also features a welcoming waiting area, reception office, storage space, staff breakroom, and restroom, providing the essential amenities needed for daily operations. Special attention was given to compliance and safety, with medical-grade electrical installations in each blood draw room to meet healthcare standards.
